春天来了,又到了适宜户外骑行的时节。越来越多的团队将户外骑行作为团建的方式,自然安全事宜也非常重要。今天我们向团队骑行活动的组织者们分享一些活动中需要参与者们注意的安全须知以及骑行着装建议,希望可以帮到大家!

Spring is here, and it's time for outdoor cycling. More and more teams are using outdoor cycling as a way to build a team, and natural safety is also very important. Today, we would like to share with the organizers of the team cycling event some safety tips and dress codes for participants in the event, hoping to help you!



一、骑行活动安全须知

1. Safety instructions for cycling activities


在参与我们的户外骑行活动时,为了确保每位参与者的安全与愉快体验,我们特此提供以下风险提示:

In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of each participant when participating in our outdoor cycling activities, we hereby provide the following risk warnings:

 

  1. 路况与天气变化:骑行过程中,可能会遇到各种路况,如石子、坑洼、坡道等。同时,天气变化也可能带来不可预测的风险,如突然的降雨、雾霾或大风。请务必提前做好路况与天气的了解与准备。 Road conditions and weather changes: During the ride, you may encounter various road conditions, such as stones, potholes, ramps, etc. At the same time, weather changes can also pose unpredictable risks, such as sudden rainfall, haze or high winds. Be sure to understand and prepare for the road and weather in advance.

  2. 身体状况与骑行技能:骑行需要一定的体能和技巧。请确保您的身体状况适合骑行,并且具备一定的骑行技能。如有身体不适或技能不足,请及时告知组织者或寻求帮助。 Physical Condition and Riding Skills: Cycling requires a certain amount of physical fitness and skill. Make sure you're fit to ride and have some riding skills. If you feel unwell or have insufficient skills, please inform the organizer or seek help.

  3. 交通安全:骑行时请务必遵守交通规则,佩戴安全头盔,保持适当的车距。请勿在骑行中嬉戏玩耍影响骑行安全。 Traffic safety: Be sure to follow the traffic rules, wear a safety helmet, and keep an appropriate distance when riding. Do not play in the ride, which will affect the safety of riding.

  4. 装备检查:骑行前,请对自行车进行全面检查,确保刹车、车胎、链条等部件完好有效。同时,请确保佩戴好头盔方可参与骑行。 Equipment inspection: Before riding, please conduct a comprehensive inspection of the bicycle to ensure that the brakes, tires, chains and other components are in good condition and effective. Also, make sure you wear a helmet before riding.

  5. 饮食与补水:骑行过程中,请合理安排饮食与补水。避免在骑行前或骑行中过量进食,以及长时间不补水。 Diet and hydration: During the ride, please arrange your diet and hydration reasonably. Avoid overeating before or during a ride, and going unhydrated for long periods of time.

  6. 应急处理:骑行过程中,如遇紧急情况,请保持冷静,迅速采取适当的应急措施。如发生意外,请及时拨打急救电话及寻求工作人员的帮助。 Emergency treatment: During the ride, in case of emergency, please stay calm and take appropriate emergency measures quickly. In case of an accident, please call the emergency number and seek help from the staff immediately.

二、(春日)骑行活动着装建议

2. Dress code for (spring) cycling activities


春日的天气多变,早晚温差大,因此在选择骑行着装时需要兼顾保暖与透气。以下是一些春日骑行的着装建议:

The weather in spring can be changeable, with a large temperature difference between morning and evening, so you need to balance warmth and breathability when choosing cycling clothing. Here are some dress suggestions for spring riding:

 

  1. 外套选择:推荐选择一件轻便且具备防风功能的外套。例如,带有拉链的夹克或薄款冲锋衣都是不错的选择。这样既可以抵御早晨和晚上的微风,又可以在中午时分拉开拉链,保持舒适。 Outerwear selection: It is recommended to choose a jacket that is lightweight and windproof. For example, a jacket with a zipper or a thin jacket are good options. This protects against the morning and evening breezes and keeps you comfortable by unzipping around the middle of the day.

  4. 其他配件:建议携带好防晒用品,保护皮肤免受阳光伤害。 Other accessories: It is recommended to bring sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage.
